Preston Pointe is excited to share some exciting updates to our community. We have partnered with Banko Design and Iugis Construction, who are leaders in the senior living industry, to reimagine Preston Pointe for our current and future residents and their families.
Refresh & Renovate
When Rauls Living, Inc. acquired Preston Pointe Retirement Community, our goal was to bring new life to our community and create new and exciting apartments and spaces for our residents to enjoy. Our residents deserve the best, which is why our new design will embrace luxury features and amenities. Our partnerships with industry leaders helped us to transform our idea of bringing Preston Pointe to its fullest potential, with style, design, and today’s seniors in mind.
Wondering what to expect?
Through our partnerships, we have several planned upgrades to our community, including renovations to all of our common areas. These areas include:
- Dining room
- Library
- Coffee Shop / Wine Bar
- Billiards Room
- Fitness Center
- Salon
- Theater
- Multi-Purpose Room
In addition, we have selected 18 apartments to fully renovate with new flooring, appliances, cabinetry, and countertops. Throughout the design process, we listened to our residents to find out what they wanted most. Every detail, from the lighting to the custom finishes, has been thoughtfully considered to maximize space and create a luxuriously comfortable environment that reflects the amenities and features our residents want.
